 02.      1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement
         (virtual/physical) mode.

2. Having heard Mr. S.P. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.Vegesna Subha Raju, Managing Director of the Opposite Party No.1-Company which is the Complainant in the Court below, in person; this Revision stands admitted.

3. All such relevant materials on record, having been filed with the Petition and the Opposite Party No.1, since has filed detail counter affidavit along with the documents; on consent of the learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and the Managing Director of the Opposite Party No.1, who is present in person, the Revision is taken up for hearing on merit.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri V.S. Raju, the Managing Director of the Opposite Party No.1- Company advanced their respective submission on merit as to legality and propriety of the order dated 20.07.2023; whereunder the prayer of the Petitioner for discharge has been rejected and their application under section-245 of the Cr.P.C. has been dismissed.

4. The hearing being concluded.

Judgment is reserved.

Both the parties are at liberty to file their respective written notes of submission within ten (10) days hence.
