09. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner produces some documents and certified copy of last date order sheet of respective criminal cases instituted against the petitioner. He also submits that the matter has already been extensively heard. Mr. A. Mishra, further submits that the petitioner has made out a case for grant of bail and he may kindly be granted bail.

3. On the other hand, Mrs. S.R. Sahu, learned ASC produces the instruction received from the I.I.C., Badambadi Police Station and prays to reject the bail application of the Petitioner.

4. This Court had already heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs. S.R. Sahoo, learned ASC and Mr. R.N. Das Mohapatra, learned

counsel for the Informant extensively. Judgment is reserved.
