07. 1. This application is listed today under the heading "To be Mentioned" and taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

2. This is an application for correction of an inadvertent typographical error in the order dated 14.07.2023 passed in I.A. No.496 of 2023 arising out of CRLREV No.226 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 14.07.2023 passed in I.A. No.496 of 2023, stands modified to the extent that in the 3rd line of paragraph-2 of the order, the "ICC Case No.133 of 2017" be substituted by "ICC Case No.33 of 2017".

Necessary correction be carried out in the order accordingly. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till disposal of the Revision.

4. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
