2. Heard Mr. P.K. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. L. Samantray, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties.

3. This Court, vide order dated 08.08.2023, called upon the State Counsel to verify as to whether the judgment of this Court in the case of Sanjubala Mishra v. State of Odisha (W.P.(C) No. 1085 of 2021 disposed of on 19.04.2021) is covered the case of the petitioner or not. In compliance of the said order, Mr. L. Samantray, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the State-opposite parties states that the case of the petitioner is covered by the aforesaid judgment.

4. In the above view of the matter, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment of this Court in the case of Sanjubala Mishra (supra).
