2. This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Appeal.

3. From the stamp reporting, it appears, there is delay of 170 days in filing the Appeal.

4. Issue notice to the sole Respondent in the matter of limitation. Requisites be filed appending limitation petition, both side Xerox copy of the Appeal memo and copy of the impugned judgment by 01.09.2023, as undertaken.
