3. Mr. N.K. Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that for implementation of judgment, the petitioners have already moved an application in the proceeding before the CGIT-cum-Labour Court, Bhubaneswar, wherein the opposite parties have appeared. Therefore, the petitioners shall take necessary steps for service of notice on them for just and proper adjudication of this case.
