01. 1. On oral submission of learned counsel for the Appellants,

this Court permits the learned counsel for the Appellants to make

necessary correction in the cause title of the MATA more

particularly in respect of the age of both parties by bringing it

strictly in terms of the disclosures through the impugned judgment

in C.P. No.51 of 2021 in Court.

2. Issue notice to the Respondent in the matter of limitation by

way of Speed Post/Registered Post with A.D., fixing short

returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice along with a

xerox copy of Appeal memorandum, as undertaken, be filed by

30.08.2023.

3. L.C.R. in C.P. No.51 of 2021 be called for.

4. Put up this matter immediately after appearance of the

Respondent-Husband.
