3. Notice. Mr. Debakanta Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate accepts notice for the State. Extra copies of the present appeal be served on him within three working days.
4. Notice to Respondent Nos.5 to 8 on the question of limitation as well as admission be issued by registered/speed post with A.D., making it returnable before the next date. Requisites be filed within a week. Tracking report be placed on record before the next date.
