2. Notice be issued to Respondent No.1 both on the question of limitation as well as admission by Speed Post/Registered Post with A.D., making it returnable before the next date. Requisites be filed within three working days. The tracking report be placed on record before the next date.

3. List on 25th September, 2023 along with W.A. No.137 of 2022.
