                  2.        1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. This RPFAM has been filed assailing the Judgment dated 18th April, 2012 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bargarh in Criminal Petition No.202 of 2011, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.1,500/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.750/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., 15th April, 2011.

4. Although the matter was filed 26th December, 2017, but no step thereafter was taken either to remove the defect as pointed out by SR or to get the matter listed. Moreover, there is delay of 167 days in filing the RPFAM. Even no step has yet been taken by the Petitioner in the matter of limitation.

5. In view of the above, the RPFAM is dismissed being barred by limitation.
