03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K. Samal, learned Additional Government Advocate.

3. This appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 30.12.2013 passed in G.I.A Case No.623 of 2011. From the record, it is found that even though the appeal has been filed since 16.10.2015, but certified copy of the impugned judgment has not yet been filed and accordingly stamp reporting has not been made.

4. In view of such lacunae on the part of the appellant, this Court is not inclined to entertain the appeal.

5. The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
