While preparing for judgment it came to light that investigating officer has mentioned in the charge sheet that his request for recording the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. of the victim for the 2nd time on 30.04.2022 was refused. It is therefore, felt necessary to peruse the LCR.

3. LCR be called for so as to reach this Court by 5th of May, 2023 under the heading 'to be mentioned'

4. Interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date.
