01. 1. For the reasons stated therein, the applications are allowed. Filing of certified copies of the orders/judgments under Annexures-3, 5, 6 and 7 is dispensed with for the time being.

Issue notice to the Respondents on the questions of limitation and admission by registered/speed post with A.D., making it returnable before the next date, requisites for which shall be filed within three working days. Accept one set of process fee. The tracking report be placed on record before the next date.
