20. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. At the request of Mr. A. Tripathy, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, let the matter be listed on 5th May, 2023.

3. In the meanwhile, Mr. Tripathy, learned counsel shall take the necessary instruction from the Respondent, as we take up this appeal for the disposal on merit on the next date.

4. Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel has appeared for the Appellant.

5. The affidavit filed by the Respondent styled as Preliminary Counter Affidavit along with compilation of the documents are taken on record.

6. The Respondent is further directed to file a statement of his income, resources and liabilities in terms of the judgment of the apex court in Rajnesh vs. Neha and Ors.:

(2021) 2 SCC 324 by the next date. Along with the said statement, the certificate of salary/wages shall also be filed.
