01. 1. Learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-
Appellants refers to the order dated 10th February, 2023 passed by the Supreme Court of India in SLP (C) No.24226 of 2022 directed against the judgment dated 25th August, 2022 passed by this Court in W.A. No.363 of 2021. It appears that by the said order, the SLP was tagged with Civil Appeal No.1878 of 2016 (Oil and Natural Gas Corporation v. Krishan Gopal) on the question whether the power to create a permanent or sanctioned post lies in the judicial domain.
2. Learned counsel for Respondent No.1 wants to produce orders passed by this Court in similar writ appeals.
