3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners contended that the case of the Petitioners is covered by the judgment of this Court dated 28.03.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No. 6871 of 2012 (Bijay Kumar Sahoo vs. Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Govt. Panchayat Raj Department, Bhubaneswar & Ors.)

4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
