Since one of the offences involved is under section 376-AB of the Indian Penal Code, let the learned counsel for the appellant serve an extra copy of the appeal memo along with the impugned judgment on the learned counsel for the State by 19.04.2023, who shall send the same to the Inspector in-charge, Phulbani Sadar police station for its service on the informant in Phulbani Sadar P.S. Case No.21 of 2019 and it will be intimated to him that the matter // 2 //
will be taken up in the week commencing from 01.05.2023 and if he so likes, he can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.
