2. Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that since the brief has been transferred from him, he has got no instruction in this matter.

3. Office note reveals that this matter is listed pursuant to the judgment dated 14.02.2023 passed in SLP (Civil) No. 3490-3497/2023. The said order reveals that the petitioners' case for regularization from the date of the appointment (which was in the year 2003) and the points raised by the petitioners for inter se seniority require consideration.

4. Even though the matter has been remitted for consideration, but Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that since the brief has been transferred from him, he has got no instruction in this matter.

5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of for want of instruction.
