        2.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 17th January, 2017 (Annexure-3) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur, Ganjam in Criminal Proceeding No.79 of 2013 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.20,000/- per month to each of the Opposite parties from the date of filing of the petition, i.e. from 12th April, 2013.

4. Perusal of the record reveals that although the matter was filed on 27th February, 2017, but no step either to remove the defect or to get the matter listed has yet been taken by learned counsel for the Petitioner.

5. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.
