3. Judgment dated 24th December, 2016 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh in Criminal Proceeding No.588 of 2016 (arising out of Crl. Misc. Case No.15 of 2013) is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of the application, i.e., 16th August, 2013.

4. Since none appears for the Petitioner to press the matter, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.
