50. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. Mr. B. Nanda, learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner by filing a citation in the case of Dayle De'Souza Vrs. Government of India Through Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner and another in Special Leave Petition (CRL) No. 3913 of 2020, draws the attention of the Court to the written notes of submission filed earlier along with citations and argued in the matter in detail, but Mr. P.K. Pattnaik, learned AGA, however, prays for some time to go through the judgment filed earlier by the learned Sr. Counsel to give reply.
