2. Mr. S.B. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner contended that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the judgment passed by this Court in Tushar Mukherjee v. State of Odisha & Others (W.P.(C) No.23073 of 2015, disposed of on 15th September, 2017).

3. Let a copy of this order be served on Mr. P.K. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate to enable him to verify as to whether the case of the Petitioner is covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 23073 of 2015 or not.

4. Put up this matter after one week.
