01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).
Since one of the offences is under section 3 of the S.C. & S.T. (PoA) Act, let the learned counsel for the appellant serve an extra copy of the appeal memo along with the interim applications and impugned judgment on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (11.04.2023), who shall send the same to the Inspector- in-Charge of Singla Police Station in Singla P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 for its service on the informant and it will be intimated to him that the matter is likely to be taken up in the week commencing from 01.05.2023 and if he so likes, he can engage a counsel to oppose the prayer for // 2 //
bail. A written proof regarding service of notice be obtained from the informant.
Put up this matter in the week commencing from 01.05.2023.
Case diary and instruction relating to criminal antecedents as well as regarding sufficiency of service of notice on the informant shall be obtained in the meantime.
Let a copy of the rejection order which is annexed to the bail application be supplied on the learned counsel for the State.
