01. 1. Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of

petitioner (workman). He submits, the management wrongfully

dismissed his client, it could not obtain approval. Hence, his client is

before Court for issuance of mandamus upon the management to

reinstate his client. He relies on judgment of the Supreme Court in

Jaipur Zila Sahakari Bhoomi Vikas Bank Ltd. Vs. Ram Gopal

Sharma, reported in (2002) 2 SCC 244.

2. Issue notice along with this order on opposite parties by

registered/speed post with A.D. Petitioner will put in requisites.
