Learned counsel for the Appellants says that despite his writing letters to the Appellants they are not even responding to him, the Court finds that despite there being no stay order of the impugned judgment dated 24th February, 2016 of the learned Single Judge, it has not even been implemented by the Appellants.

2. In the circumstances, the Court sees no reason why this writ appeal should be entertained. It is dismissed.
