2. Heard Mr. R. N. Rout, learned counsel appearing for the applicant.
3. This is an application for condoning the delay of 1581 days in filing the appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 from the judgment dated 06.09.2017 delivered in C.P. No.408 of 2016 by the Judge, Family Court, Balasore.
4. Issue notice as to why the above mentioned delay should not be condoned as prayed for or such other order or orders should not be passed by this Court as be deemed appropriate in the circumstances of the case.
5. Notice is made returnable on 17th October, 2022. Steps for service of notice on the Respondent shall be taken by the Appellant within three days from today by Registered Post with A.D.
