16. 1. This is an application for modification of judgment dated 1st August, 2022.

2. In 6th line of Para 2 of the judgment dated 1st August, 2022 the inadvertent typographical error with regard to Plot number is required to be corrected as prayed for by the Petitioner. Accordingly, Plot No.BL/4 be read in place of Plot No. DL/4.

3. The application is disposed of. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
