17.11.2022 Order No. 1 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2. This writ petition involves the following prayer:

"Therefore, the petitioners most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the OP No.3 to pronounce the final order in the appeal case No.155 of 2020 forthwith and supply the certified copy as per application made under annexure-3 within a period of two weeks.

And pass any other order/orders, direction/directions as this Hon'ble Court deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;

And for this act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray."

3. Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, even though an adjournment attempt is made, this Court declines adjournment, the matter should be disposed of to avoid any further loss of time of the Court. In the process, this Court directs in the event there is already completion of argument involving Appeal Case No.155 of 2020 by the opposite party no.3 and final order involved therein has not been pronounced further in the event the competent authority completed the argument is also available for pronouncement of the judgment or order, if any. Endeavour shall be made to pronounce the judgment and or final order at least within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioners . This

order is to be worked out in the event the matter is heard by same officer and or judgment has not been pronounced as of now.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the observation made hereinabove.
