04. 1. The Vigilance Department is to file an affidavit pursuant to the direction of this Court dated 20th October, 2022. Mr. Moharana, learned ASC for Vigilance Department submits that a similar matter has been heard and kept for judgment which is also relating to sustainability of the criminal proceeding on the ground of exoneration from the charges in departmental proceeding.

2. Mr. Moharana as well as learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter may be adjourned to a future date.
