04. 1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. Learned counsel for the opposite parties states that the property in question involved herein is mortgaged as a collateral security for the loan availed by the defaulting borrower and therefore the procedure for recovery provided under Section 29 of the OSFC Act would be applicable. He states that the judgments relied upon by the learned counsel for the petitioner relate to properties which are not mortgaged but are amenable for sale towards the total liability of the borrower.

3. Mr. Sarangi prays for short adjournment to address argument.
