10. 1. This matter is taken up by Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical) mode.

Having heard Mr.R.K.Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel for the Appellant and Mr.Rath, learned counsel for Respondent No.1(a) and 1(b), this Court is of the view that the matter be listed along with FAO No.320 of 2003 in which the judgment and decree dated 29.03.2003 and 07.04.2003 passed by the learned Additional District Judge (FT), Bhadrak in Title Appeal No.52 of 1992 which are the subject matter of challenge in this present Appeal are also under challenge.

3. In view of the above, list this matter on 18.04.2022 along with FAO No.320 of 2003.
