01. 1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

2. Mr. Tripathy, counsel for the Appellant contends that in a similar writ appeal filed by the landlord involving identical issues bearing W.A. No.47 of 2022, this Court has issued notice for 28.06.2022 & granted interim stay.

3. Issue notice for 28th June, 2022. Notice be issued to the Respondents by Registered Post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites be filed within three working days.

4. List this matter along with W.A. No.47 of 2022 on 28th June, 2022 for hearing.

5. Till the next date, the operation of the impugned judgment dated 15th December, 2021 passed by learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.22092 of 2015 shall remain stayed.
