23.06.2022 Order No. 2 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. This Court finds strange in the attitude of Tahasildar, Lathikata in not working out the judgment of this Court delivered in W.P.(C).No.9636 of 2012 on 20.03.2019 . This position is even after disposal of first contempt petition disposed of on 07.09.2020.

3. Place this matter on 11th July, 2022 Mr.Panda, learned counsel papering for the opposite party is directed to obtain instruction on the outcome of the direction involving W.P.(C).No.9636 of 2012 on the next date.

4. It is observed that in the event there is no disposal by the Tahasildar, Lathikata in terms of the direction of this Court in disposal of W.P.(C).No.9636 of 2012, the Tahasildar shall appear before this Court in person on 11.07.2022 to explain the delay. It is however made clear that no T.A & D.A. shall be claimed by the Tahasildar for the purpose.
