The submission of the learned counsel for the parties that the Appeal can be heard and disposed of on merit even without substitution of the legal representatives of Respondent No.7 since other contesting Respondents are appearing in the Appeal and as the Respondent Nos.9,10,11,13 and 14 are the Proforma Respondents being accepted; with their consent, the Appeal is heard.
