03. 1. Heard Mr. A.A. Khan, learned counsel for the Appellant-

Insurance Company.

2. Considering the fact that the copy of the judgment was served on the Appellant on 21.6.2017 as per the memo indicated on the last page of the impugned judgment, it is held that there is no delay in filing the appeal.

3. Issue notice to the Respondents on the question of admission by registered post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites shall be filed within a week.

4. List this matter on 19th September, 2022.

5. The further proceeding in Execution Case No.1 of 2019 arising out of M.A.C. Case No.21 of 2015 pending in the court of learned 3rd M.A.C.T., Kuchinda shall remain stayed till disposal of the appeal.

6. I.A. is disposed of.

7. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
