06. 1. In view of the fact that the property in question in Amruta Manohi and in the light of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Sri Jagannath Temple Managing Committee v. Siddha Math 2016 (I) OLR (SC) 209, no interference is called for with the impugned order dated 6th August, 1998.

2. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
