3. 1. Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of

appellant in ARBA no.13 of 2020. Ms. Rath, learned advocate

appears on behalf of appellant in ARBA no.8 of 2020. She

submits, ARBA no.13 of 2020 is challenge against the setting

aside petition having been allowed. Her client has appealed

from same judgment, against direction for remand. She submits

further, she would want to rely on her client's section 34

petition with all its annexures. On query from Court Mr.

Mohapatra submits, his client has copy thereof.

2. Ms. Rath has liberty to produce copy of the section 34

petition.

3. By consent, list on 22nd July, 2022 along with ARBA

no. 8 of 2020 at the top, immediately after 'Fresh Admission'
