2. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call.

3. Heard Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State and perused the records.

4. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with a prayer to quash the amendment to Rule-3 of the P.W.D. Contractor Registration Rules, 1967 under Annexure-2 series, by declaring the action of the opposite parties as illegal, arbitrary and improper.

5. Mr. A.K. Misha, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State contended that similar matters had come up for consideration in Nirod Chandra Panda -vrs. State of Orissa

(W.P.(C) No.16978 of 2009 along with batch of cases, disposed of on 23.03.2010).

6. In view of the judgment rendered by this Court in the cases mentioned (supra), the present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
