1. 1. Ms. Jena, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and
submits, her client seeks allotment of shop rooms in terms of judgment
dated 29th June, 2004 passed by Additional District Judge, Sundargarh
in Title Suit no.24/31 of 2002 (her client's suit).
2. Order made by the judgment is reproduced below:
"The suit is dismissed without costs with the direction that the defendant to be abide by the allotment order dated 22.04.2000 or in the alternative to allot any other shop house in the same vicinity with a reasonable period."

appears on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 2 and submits, opposite
party no.3 is to answer.
