08. 1. It is stated that the SLP is filed by the Department against the judgment of this Court in M/s. National Aluminum Company Ltd. Vrs. Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Bhubaneswar, (2012) 56 VST 68 is still pending in the Supreme Court. In that view of the matter these petitions are adjourned sine die awaiting the judgment of the Supreme Court. It will be open to the parties to mention this case for listing of this petition after the judgment of the Supreme Court.

2. Interim order shall continue till the next date.
