11. 1. Mr. B.P. Das, learned counsel appearing for Opposite Party No.1 has placed reliance on the judgment of the Bombay High Court in Practicing Valuers Association (India) v. State Bank of India, MANU/MH/1058/2020 and states that the said judgment negatives the case of the Petitioner. He, however, adds that the said judgment is now pending consideration in appeal before the Supreme Court of India.

2. Er. N.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to study the judgment and advance arguments.
