Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the judgment of this Court in State of Orissa vs. Manta Krishna Sethi & Others (W.P.(C) No.3687 of 2002 and batch disposed of on 27.10.2021). Therefore, this Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

3. In that view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in State of Orissa vs. Manta Krishna Sethi & Others (W.P.(C) No.3687 of 2002 and batch disposed of on 27.10.2021).
