It is contended that from the seizure list, the recorded coordinates of the location of the vehicle seized leaves no manner of doubt that the said vehicle carrying the mineral was found within the forest area, albeit on the road. That the contents of the seizure list were never contested by the Respondents.

2. Issue notice for 17.02.2023.

Mr. S.K. Dwivedi appears and waives off notice on behalf of the Respondents. Required number of copies of the Writ Appeal be served upon him within three working days.
