2. As per the noting in the cause list, though notice issued to Respondent Nos. 1 to 8, service showing sufficient of such notice on them is not yet received.
3. Learned Counsel for the Appellant is directed to file postal requisites for issuance of notice afresh to the Respondent Nos.1 to 7 by Registered Post with A.D., within a week. Office is directed to send notice fixing a short returnable date.
4. No notice be issued to Respondent No.8 as learned Addl. Standing Counsel has already rendered appearance on his behalf.
5. Learned Counsel for the Appellant relies on the judgment of the apex Court, i.e. Executive Director Vs. Sarat Chandra Bisoi and another, AIR 2000 Supreme Court 2619 and makes a submission that the present Appeal is squarely covered in terms of the judgment of the apex Court, which be kept on record.
6. Matter be listed for admission immediately after service of notice on the contesting Respondent Nos.1 to 7.
7. Office is directed to take necessary steps to call for LCR in the meantime.
