2. Heard Mr. S. Mohanty, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, so also Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State, who wants two weeks time to obtain instructions with regard to the averments made in the Rejoinder Affidavit filed by the Petitioner on 03.08.2022, copy of which has been served on him today in the Court.
3. Two weeks time is granted to the learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State to obtain instructions in the matter.
4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner files a copy of judgment of this Court passed in L.I.C. of India and others v. Tarakeswar Mohanty, reported in 2017 (II) ILR-CUT-1233, which be kept on record.
