2. Heard Mr. S.P. Sahoo, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. C. Pradhan, learned Senior Panel Counsel, Government of India for Opposite Parties.

3. During course of hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner cited a judgment of High Court of Delhi in the case of Badan Singh v. Union of India and Ors, 2002 LabIC 3108 and made a submission that the Petitioner's case is squarely covered under the said judgment. The copy of the said judgment has been served on the learned Senior Panel Counsel for the Opposite Parties, who wants to examine the same.

4. As prayed for by the learned Counsels for both the sides, the matter be listed after one week.

5. Both the Counsels are also directed to properly paginate the brief in terms of the Court's brief well before the next date.
