3. Mrs. Saswata Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate is directed to supply to this Court the Finance Department Resolution No.26764, dated 15.05.1997, as it is claimed in the counter affidavit that the case of the applicant for regularization is not coming within the ambit of the aforesaid resolution.

4. List this matter on 04.07.2022.

5. The Judgment placed by Dr. J.K. Lenka, learned counsel for the petitioner4 in the case of Judhistira Dang vs. State of Orissa & others be placed on record.

6. The Court Master is directed to collect the xerox copies of the Judgments reported in 2011(1) ILR-(CUT)-191, (2014) 2 SCC 769, (2010) 13 SCC 448, (2011) 2 SCC 429, (2010) 2 SCC 59, 2011(1) ILR-CUT-883 and (2009) 5 SCC 65.
