2. Heard Mr. A.K. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pravakar Behera, learned Standing Counsel for Transport Department.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the tax and penalty imposed by the authority.

4. Considering the contention raised in the writ petition and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition stands disposed of in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in Sujit Kumar Dhir v. R.T.O., Keonjhar, 2014 (II) OLR 1070.
