petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School and Mass Education Department.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the order of reversion from the post of Headmaster to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher pursuant to judgment of the apex Court in Pabitra Mohan Das etc. v. State of Orissa & Ors, JT 2001 (1) SC 473. In the meantime, the petitioner has retired from service.

4. In view of the above, this court is not inclined to entertain this writ Petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
