02. 1. This is an application for condonation of delay of 44 days in filing the appeal.

2. Considering the grounds taken in the application, the delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The I.A. is disposed of.

At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioner points out that there is a typographical error in the prayer clause so far as the challenge of the judgment dated 27th April, 2021 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ganjam, Berhampur. The corrected prayer clause be filed within three days.

4. Issue notice. Mrs. Patnaik accepts notice on behalf of Opposite Party No.7.

5. Notice be issued to Opposite Parties 1 to 6 through I.O. Returnable by 8th November, 2021.
